Delegate Plum receives the pen Governor Tim Kaine used to sign House Bill 344, Plum's computer recycling bill. Also attending the signing ceremony on May 29, 2008, were representatives from Dell, Inc., the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the Fairfax County Division of Solid Collection and Recycling, and Goodwill Industries. Delegate Plum's bill makes Virginia one of the first states to enact a computer recycling law. |
