Delegate Plum presented a Virginia state flag to Elza K. Ritter, Reston pianist and head of the Russian Music Academy of America, following a recital presented by Ms. Ritter's pupils. November, 2005.

During the first-ever Aero-Space Day at the General Assembly, Delegate Plum participates in a "Meet & Greet" where NASA announced a new contract awarded to Unisys for management of all the simulators at NASA Langley.
