          How many times have you seen the Coalition for Smarter Growth and the Sierra Club joining with the Washington Board of Trade and the Washington Airports Task Force in making a joint announcement? These four groups along with the Coalition for Dulles, Dulles Area Transportation Association, LEADER, LINK, National Wildlife Federation, Reston Citizens Association, Reston Association, Reston Interfaith, and the Virginia Lung Association have been brought together in a coalition by the Dulles Corridor Rail Association (DCRA) to advocate for Dulles Rail Now!

          DCRA chairman, Delegate Ken Plum, will lead the press conference with representative of the organizations participating.

          The coalition has been organized on the eve of the public hearings on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) that begins tonight. The testimony of the coalition will make clear that the locally preferred alternative for them is Dulles Rail Now!
